All services are contracted and invoiced through Genesis Films — ABN 53 793 586 245 — the registered business entity owned and operated by the same principal. Exact scope, deliverables, and timelines for any project are agreed separately in a quote or service agreement before work begins.

Payments & Invoicing

All invoices are issued by Genesis Films under ABN 53 793 586 245. Payment terms are set out in your individual quote or invoice, and work may be paused if payment is overdue.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing of final deliverables — footage, edits, designs, code, and other creative work — transfer to the client on full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Genesis Films retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio and marketing unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Genesis Films is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right or protection that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, where Genesis Films is based.

How These Terms Apply

In practice:

• You get in touch and we agree a scope and quote for your project.

• These terms, together with that quote, form the agreement for the work.

• The agreement takes effect once you confirm the quote, in writing or by proceeding with the project.
